Duct Tapes find their prime use in air conditioning duct work that requires excellent adhesion in tapes. The duct tape is a cloth-backed adhesive tape, easy to rip than to cut. With its three layers that are polyethylene, fabric mesh and adhesive, this duct tape exhibits good insulation properties.
